Alison guest lectured at Loyola Law School’s Marital Property class. Alongside mental health professional Vi Ballard and financial professional Alex Weinberger, Alison presented to law students on the topic of divorce options including mediation, collaborative divorce, and litigation, and the roles of different professionals in the divorce process.
Joe Spirito was a featured panelist in the Loyola Child and Family Society presentation “Divorce and The Media, a discussion with Family Law professionals.
Alison moderated and introduced professional visitation monitor, Tonie Piper, for the South Bay Bar Association’s Family Law Section Webinar “Professional Visitation Monitoring: Best Practices and Strategies for Hiring Professional Visitation Monitors and Drafting Orders.”
Erin was a panelist on a very interesting and enlightening discussion regarding “No Fault Divorce in California: Managing Client Expectations When They are Not Acknowledged by California Law.”
